At Ranjhana, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3–7 business days. Remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and delivery address. Ranjhana will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delays
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an unboxing video.
