At Ranjhna.com, we strive to provide premium quality ladies' clothing and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- You have received the wrong item
- There is a size issue (only for eligible products)

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Undergarments / innerwear
- Customized or stitched outfits
- Accessories (if applicable)
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of defective or incorrect items
- Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
- Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed

Note: Refunds are not applicable for change of mind. In such cases, only exchange is available.
 4. Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for courier charges (both sides)
- Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your Order Number and clear images of the issue
3. Our team will review and provide return instructions
4. Once approved, send the item back to the provided address
6. Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
